Amanda Gifford
As an experienced real estate attorney, Amanda Gifford focuses her practice on real estate transactions, development and finance. In this role, she represents commercial lenders and borrowers in real estate, asset based, and other types of loan transactions. Ms. Gifford also represents clients in connection with commercial and residential contract and lease negotiations and drafting, real estate acquisitions and development and review of title insurance matters. Additionally, Ms. Gifford is an experienced litigator, having represented both plaintiffs and defendants in landlord/tenant, real estate, business and banking litigation. Ms. Gifford received her law degree from Stetson University College of law in 2000 and her bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida in 1997. Ms. Gifford has been a resident of Orlando since her early grade school years and lives in the area with her husband and their three children.
Ms. Gifford is licensed to practice in the State of Florida, the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida.
